We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of fulfillment for either an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds to your form of payment for returned items.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Items purchased with a 30% off discount code applied are considered FINAL SALE. and not eligible for return.
We offer two options for what you can receive for returned items:
1. An exchange for the same item in a different size or color as available
2. Store credit for the amount paid for the item, including taxes
If you return your item for an exchange, there will be no fees added to your return.
If you return your item for store credit, there will be a $7.20 handling and shipping fee that will be deducted from the store credit you receive for your return.
To get fee free returns for store credit, you can purchase return protection when placing your order by using our Checkout+ option. Orders placed with a purchase of return protection will have no fees added to any returns from that order. Return protection does not apply to FINAL SALE items.
We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.
