Red Lotus Day 1: Trouble in Paradise
Vivienne, Sienna, and Isla had sworn: no drama, no distractions, no men. Just best friends, coastline Sunsets, and maybe a few too many cocktails. They had been apart for too long, and with tension racking their friendship, they desperately needed some quality time together to remember what they were fighting for - a friendship that could withstand the differences of their lives. Little did they know what secrets were left uncovered between them.
They stepped into the Red Lotus Resort – the secret hotel tucked inside Faena’s green and gold splendor – and immediately drew stares.

Vivienne, in an ivory, flowingly floral mini dress, glided toward the oak check-in with the face of someone who’d survived worse.
Sienna, sharp in a strappy beige jumpsuit, trailed behind, eyes already reading the room like a novel she’d finish before breakfast.
And Isla – barefoot for exactly two scandalous minutes before slipping into strappy sandals to match her two piece set– twirled once under the velvet-draped lobby chandelier, laughing, like the whole weekend had been written for her.
Vivienne led the way, her mini dress catching the Miami breeze, golden earrings flashing as she tossed her hair. “I call the room with the ocean view,” she declared.

“You mean the room we’re all cramming into, because you maxed out your ‘emergency shopping’ card last month?” Sienna deadpanned, adjusting her gold jewelry as she changed into a one-shoulder vibrant blue midi dress.
Isla, arms full of floppy hats and a half eaten croissant, just laughed. “As long as there’s a mini bar, I don’t care.”
They were loud. They were luminous. They were already too much – exactly what Red Lotus was waiting for.
Their room? A gifted suite, courtesy of Vivienne’s beau, kissed by sunlight, strewn with orchards, and chilled champagne already waiting. But for whom?
And there, resting neatly on the center of the bed –
Three red envelopes.
No name. No instructions.
Just a symbol – a single red lotus – embossed in wax.

Vivienne plucked one from the pile.
Sienna raised an eyebrow.
Isla grabbed a flute of champagne and said, “Well. This just got interesting.”
They decided to open them… tomorrow.
First: sunset cocktails. Poolside glamour. Dresses too perfect to keep sitting still.
The promises they made to each other floated on the humid air –
And somewhere deep inside Red Lotus, something else stirred.
